People of God,
I hope you enjoyed the children’s concert. It is part of what they have been doing in Sunday School. After attendance in their respective rooms, they all head to the Sanctuary of the church. Then Jan Hauger leads them into all sorts of music with all sorts of props. If I had a favorite (and they are all good), it has to be the buckets just because how far they have come. At first, it was a lot of banging and drowning out everyone else. Now, they are part of the music instead of overwhelming the music. Thank you to all the Sunday School teachers as well as Donna Ristau. A special shout out to Jan for leading the children and showing a great deal of patience.
I am on vacation starting right after the service on Sunday. Patty and I will be back either Thursday or Friday. Thus the reason for the brevity of this letter. I am starting my vacation now! I will lead both services next weekend. If anyone needs pastoral care, because call the office.
